Payment:
Lila Clare Jewelry accepts PayPal as payment (you can pay with credit card through PayPal). See PayPal’s website for info.
Items will be shipped within five business days after payment is completed. Once an item is shipped, an order may no longer be cancelled (see refund policy). Items can be rushed for an additional $20 fee. Contact me to request a rush.
Customers in Arizona will be charged 9.10% sales tax.
Shipping:
Free Shipping in the United States is via United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance is not included, but is highly recommended. Lila Clare Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office. If you’d like insurance, please contact me so I can add the appropriate amount to your purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from PayPal (which contains a tracking number) when your order has shipped.
Lila Clare Jewelry is also able to ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) for a fee. Options are selected at checkout. If you need USPS Express (next day) shipping, please contact me.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges:
Orders, in full or part, may be cancelled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. Contact me to check on the status of your order, or log in to your online account.
Returns and exchanges are accepted if Lila Clare Jewelry is notified within five days of your receipt of the jewelry. The item must be sent back within seven days of receipt in the condition in which it was received. Please return the jewelry in a box or padded envelope; you will be responsible for damage to or loss of the returned piece. Free shipping offer does not apply to any shipment after the initial order; the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Contact Lila Clare Jewelry for the return address.
Returns and exchanges for custom orders are not offered.
Guarantees and Adjustments:
Each piece is guaranteed in full for one year after purchase. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your piece, simply contact Lila Clare Jewelry for information regarding returns and repairs. After one year, repairs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Lila Clare Jewelry will adjust your necklace to a custom length, up to 20″, once free of charge (shipping not included and will be added separately). Any further adjustments are $5 per adjustment, plus chain cost ($2 per inch after 20″) and shipping (typically $2.50). Thus, minimum adjustment cost is $9. All chain measurements include 0.5″ for clasp and jump ring (example: a 16″ chain is really 15.5″ of chain plus 0.5″ for the clasp and jump ring). I am unable to offer alternate chain types from those pictured. Please return the jewelry in a box or padded envelope; you will be responsible for damage to the returned piece.
