This handmade small framed circle cactus skeleton pendant is made from actual Prickly Pear cactus skeletons (skeleton closeup shown). Using the lost wax casting process, each piece starts with a carefully selected section of Prickly Pear cactus skeleton.

Each cactus piece is handmade using a lost wax casting process. First, I carefully select a section of prickly pear cactus skeleton. That skeleton is molded, then silver or gold is poured into the mold. The result is a solid metal replica of the cactus skeleton, which is then made into a piece of desert-inspired jewelry. Each eco-friendly piece uses 100% recycled sterling silver and gold.
