Shipping Policy

Pieces are shipped within the time frame noted on each product page. Look for the line stating, "Timing: Ships in --- business days" on the product page. Some items can be rushed for an additional $20 fee. Contact me to inquire about a rush.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

For orders in the United States, orders are shipped USPS First Class. There is a flat rate fee for orders under $95 USD, and shipping is free for orders over $95 USD. You may upgrade to USPS Priority (2-3 days) or Express (1-2 days) for the price listed at checkout. Purchase of Priority or Priority Express does not change the lead time required to make jewelry before shipment.

International orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail for the price listed at checkout. Lila Clare Jewelry is not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by the country to which order is shipped. Please be advised that additional payment for duties or taxes may be requested upon delivery.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted if the jewelry is mailed back within seven days of receipt in the condition in which it was received. Jewelry must be unworn, in original packaging, and have an approval email from Lila Clare Jewelry. Contact Lila Clare Jewelry hereAfter seven days, exchanges of unworn jewelry will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days and will include a 20% processing fee (20% of the price of the returned jewelry). Worn or custom jewelry may not be returned or exchanged.

Please return the jewelry in a box or a bubble envelope with rigid insert (like a piece of cardboard). Do not use a regular mailing envelope. Jewelry Guarantee

Each piece is guaranteed in full for one year after purchase. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your piece, simply contact Lila Clare Jewelry here for information regarding repairs. Defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge; substitutions, exchanges or returns are not available. After one year, free repairs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
